Overview

What is Pronto

Pronto is a fast, simple source of finance for property or business deals.

Whether you want a short-term loan to fund a project or need to bridge a hold-up with your cash flow, our flexible options will provide you with the funds you need, fast.

Our no-nonsense service won’t give you any unnecessary headaches either.

Who can apply?

Anyone! As long as your loan is required for business purposes (whether that’s a property purchase, to fund a refurbishment, a development project or just some working capital for your company) we’re happy to consider your application.

Our borrowers are from all walks of life. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, developer, self-employed, have a poor credit rating or have been refused funds by other lenders, we’ll consider your application on merit - not circumstances.

Are you really faster than other lenders?

Yes. Our clients usually need fast funds and we’re able to provide these - typically within five days, sometimes on the day of application.

We can do this because we lend our own funds using a simple application process.

We’re available 24/7 to get started on your application and can instruct same-day valuations and legal checks, if required.

How can I get in touch?

By phone, text or email. You can also fill out the enquiry form on our website - we’ll be happy to help you with your case.

How it works

How much can I borrow?

Currently, we can lend a minimum of £50,000 up to a maximum of £500,000.

How long can I borrow for?

We offer short term loans for up to 12 months, with our typical loan term being around 3-4 months.

Are loans from Pronto secured?

Yes. Pronto only offers secured loans.

Acceptable security includes residential, commercial or mixed use properties in England & Wales. We accept 1st and 2nd legal charges and also require directors guarantees when lending to a company. In some circumstances, we also accept other forms of security including debentures, share charges and more.

What ‘Loan to Value’ do you go up to?

Typically we offer a Loan to Value (LTV) of up to 75%. In some cases, a LTV of 100% is available with additional security.

Applying to Pronto

How do I apply for a loan?

Fill out our online enquiry form, send us an email or give us a call on 01343590044.

We’re available 24/7 and will give you a decision in principle within 24 hours of your enquiry.

What information will I need to provide?

Rather than asking you to fill out endless forms, we’re more interested in the aspirations you have for your project. That’s why we’ll ask you questions about your experience and how you see your project working.

We’ll also need to know simple things like the value of the property or asset being used as security and how much you’d like to borrow.

How long does it take to apply for a loan?

It only takes a few minutes to apply and we can give you a decision in principle within 24 hours.

Payments and repayments

Will I pay any fees?

We typically charge an arrangement fee, ranging from 0-2%, depending on the complexity of the project and the speed you require the funds. We’ll always fully disclose our fees ahead of time - with pronto, there are no hidden costs or nasty surprises along the way.

We also save you money by passing on our valuation and legal fees at cost.

How much does it cost?

Every client is unique and every application for finance is too.

We price each loan differently, according to the loan to value of the asset and the complexity of the project.

Our quotes come with no obligation, so it’s worth checking what price we could offer - you have absolutely nothing to lose!

When do I need to make interest payments?

Interest payments must be made monthly, unless we agree in advance to retain or roll interest payments.

The full capital and interest will be due at the end of the loan period.

All terms and conditions will be clearly described in our contract.
